Low calorie oats muffin

Mix 1 cup oats and  whole wheat flour. Add 1/2 cup brown sugar,1 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder and 1 pinch salt. Sieve the flour mixture. Add 1/2 cup apple sauce, 1/2 cup chopped cashew nuts, 1 egg (beaten) and 1 cup plain yoghurt. Mix well. Transfer to muffin tray and bake at 350 degree C for 25 minutes.
