Dragon chicken


  1. Marinate 250 g boneless chicken-pieces with one egg, 2 table spoon flour, 1 tsp soya sauce1 tsp corn flour, salt and 1 tsp red chilli powder for one hour. Deep fry until golden brown. 
  2. Shallow fry shredded ginger, garlic and cashew nuts. 
  3. Heat oil in a pan, add 1 tsp red chilli flakes, and sauté with chopped celery. Add 2 tsp soya sauce, 2 tsp sweet, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder and sour red chilli sauce. Add fried chicken pieces and mix well. 
  4. Garnish with chopped spring onions, coriander leaves, fried cashew nuts, ginger and garlic. Serve hot.
