  1. Marinate bone less chicken slices with ginger paste, red food colour, one egg, 2 tsp soya sauce, 2 tsp chopped green chillies, 1 tsp pepper powder and salt for 1 hour. Deep fry in oil.
  2. Shallow fry ginger pieces.
  3. Garnish with chopped spring onion, fried ginger and coriander leaves. Serve hot.
