- 4 Chicken legs
- Salt
- 1/2 cup Flour
- 1 egg-beaten
- 1/2 cup bread crimps
- 1/2 cup cornflakes
- 1 tsp herb mix or paprika
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- Steps
- Marinate chicken with red chilli powder salt and keep aside for 1 hour.
- Mix bread crimps with corn flakes. Add herbs.
- Dip chicken in flour and then in egg and finally in the bread crump mixture.
- Bake at 450 degrees for 25 minutes r until golden brown.
