Coffee chocolate cake

Mix 2 cups of flour, 2 cups of fine granulated sugar, ¼ teaspoons salt, and 1 tsp baking soda.In a saucepan, melt 1 cup unsalted butter and once butter is melted and add 4 tablespoons cocoa powder, 1-2 tsp coffee and 1 tsp cinnamon powder. Add 1 cup boiling water and boil for 30 seconds. Let it cool.
Combine 1/2 cup buttermilk, 2 beaten eggs and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Stir this into cocoa mixture. Bake 350 F degrees for 30-35 minutes. While cake is baking, make the icing.

FOR COFFEE FROSTING
Melt 1/2 cup butter in a saucepan. Add 4 tablespoons cocoa and 1 tsp coffee. Combine, and turn off heat. Add the 6 tablespoons of milk, 1 teaspoon vanilla, and 1 1/2 to 2 cups of icing sugar. Mix well. Add the 1/2 cup of finely chopped pecans, walnuts, almonds and chocolate chips.
