Mix 1.5 cups of flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp cinnamon powder, 1/2 tsp baking soda and 1/4 tsp salt. In a separate bowl, beat an egg with 3/4 cup sugar, 2 table spoon yogurt, 1/2 cup milk and 3 table spoon vegetable oil. Mix everything. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup each of grated carrots, grated apple and grated coconut. Make a very thick batter. Spoon into muffin cups and bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.
