Aloo tikki

Boil and mash 4 medium sized potatoes. Add 1/2 tsp jeera powder, 2 slices of bread (made into crumps), 2 table spoon corn flour, salt, 1 tsp red chilli powder and 1/2 tsp garam masala to the potato mix. Mix well and make oval shaped patties. Shallow fry them.Serve hot with dahi, spices, chopped coriander powder and tamarind chutney.
