Make a soft dough with 1 cup whole wheat flour, 1/2 tsp salt, 1tsp ghee, 1 tsp olive oil, and 1 tsp baking powder. Add enough water.
Roll it out into a square. Heat oil and sauté 1 thinly sliced onion. Add 1 tsp chopped ginger, 1 tsp chopped green chillies, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp garam masala,1/2 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp turmeric powder. Shallow fry until onions are soft and cooked. Add 2 boiled eggs (sliced) into this mixture. Transfer into the rolled out square and cut both sides of the square into 1 inch ribbons and fold over like a mesh. Egg wash the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Slice into 3-4 portions and serve hot.
