Dissolve 1 packet jello in 1 cup hot water. Add 1/2 cup cold water and keep in the refrigerator to set. When it is almost ready, boil 1 cup milk and add 2 table spoon sugar. Add 1 tsp vanilla essence. Add 1/2 cup fresh cream.Chop cherries, 1/2 orange and 4-5 grapes. Add this fruit mixture to the milk. Now dissolve 2 table spoon gelatin in 1/4 cup water and double boil it until dissolved. Blend this into the milk mixture. Pour this into the already set jello layer. Put the pudding back into the refrigerator and wait until it is set.Garnish with cashew nuts and roasted grated coconut.
