Boondi laddoo

Boil 1 cup sugar with water just enough to cover it. Add 1 tsp milk and remove the top layer. Keep on boiling until the syrup becomes 1 string consistency. Add 1 pinch yellow color, 2 cardamoms and 1 clove. Heat oil in a frying pan. Make a running batter with 1 pinch salt, 1 tsp baking soda and 1 cup besan/chick pea flour. Form boondies/droplets into the hot oil, with the batter using a sieve spoon. Fry for 45 seconds. Remove from oil before the bonds become crisp. Add the boondies into the sugar syrup. When warm enough to touch, add table spoon ghee and make lemon size balls.While making balls, crush the boon dies so that they become smaller.
