Steamed Bread Pudding (Priya's recipes)

Steamed Bread Pudding ( with badam &chocolate) Ingredients: bread slices-5 (white bread) eggs-2 sugar-2tbsp(u can add more) milk powder-2tbsp milk-1 cup(acc.to ur need can add) almonds&chocolate-for garnishing Method: Blend eggs,sugar,milk powder,slices of white bread and 1 cup milk in a blender.Heat steel pot(used as mould for pudding),or any steel plate which we use for steaming.Then place the pot in a steamer, pour the blended mix into it and cook well.garnish with almonds&chocolates.
