Bake 1 fillet of salmon after marinating with salt, red chilli powder and turmeric powder. Saute 1 onion (sliced thinly) in 1 table spoon oil. Add 1 tsp salt, 1tsp chopped ginger, 1 tsp chopped green chillies, 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp fenugreek powder and 1 tsp garam masala.Mix well. Cook until onions are soft. Add 1 boiled potato and salmon to this mixture. Shape into oval shapes. Can add bread crimps to thicken the dough. Dip in egg and bread crimps and shallow fry. Serve hot with ketchup.
