Chocolate pudding (Shenu's kitchen)
BOURBON PUDDING
1st layer
Bourbon biscuit - 1 pkt
Warm coffee - 1/2 cup
Dream whip powder - 2 sachet
Cold fresh milk - 1/2 cup
Essence - 2 drops
Top layer
Bourbon biscuit - 1pkt
Warm coffee - 1/2 cup
Dream whip - 3 sachet
Puck cream - 1 tin
Cold fresh milk - 1/2 cup
Coco powder - 2 tbspn
Vanilla essence - 2 drops
Nuts and grated chocolates for garnishing
Method 4 1st layer
Dip the biscuit in warm coffee and layer it in a Pudding dish
Sprinkle some nuts over this
Keep this in the refrigerator while whipping the cream
Now in a bowl put 2 sachets of dream whip powder and 1/2 cup cold milk and beat well till fluffy
Add the vanilla essence and 1 tin puck cream to this and beat well
Spread this cream over the biscuit
Keep this in the refrigerator again
Open the biscuit into two pieces
Dip each biscuits in coffee and layer on top of the 1st layer
Sprinkle some nuts on top of this also
Keep this again in refrigerator
Now put 3 sachet of dream whip and 1/2 cup cold milk and beat well till very fluffy
If too thick and little more milk
If using coco powder and beat along with the dream whip
Now add the puck cream and beat well
Add vanilla essence
Pour this over the biscuit and spread evenly
