Mix 1 table spoon yeast with 1/2 cup warm water and 1/2 cup sugar. Once it is ready, add 3 cups of flour, 1/2 cup milk, 3 table spoon sugar, 1 tsp sugar and 1/2 cup olive oil. Knead well. Make a ball. Let it sit for 5 minutes. Flatten it and fold into 1/3 size rectangle. Seal the edges. Repeat. Keep in the baking pan for 1.5 hours. Pre heat the oven. Once the flour has risen bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
