ANAR PUDDING
Milk - 500 ml
Anar - 4
Milk maid - 3/4 cup
China grass - 7 gm
Vanilla essence - 2 drops
Sugar - needed
Souk the china grass in 1 cup of water,double boil it
Blend the anar with 1/2 cup of milk sieve it keep aside
Add milk maid,sugar to the remaining(milk) heat it in low flame ,add the sieved anar and melted china grass,vanilla essence mix well
Allow it to set..keep it aside in a fridge
Decorate with anar and cherries if needed
Serve it cool
