Prawn and tomato masala

Marinate 1 packet raw prawns (250g) in salt, garlic paste, 1 tsp coriander powder and 1 tsp turmeric powder for 30 minutes. Heat 2 table spoon olive oil in a taws and add one tsp garam masala. Saute 1 medium sliced onion. Add salt. When done, add 1/2 tomato sliced. Dry roast. Add 1 tsp ginger paste.Add prawns and cook uncovered.When prawns are almost cooked, add 1 cup coconut milk and 1 tsp chopped green chillies. When the gravy boils add 1 table spoon chopped coriander powder. Mix well and add1/2 cup water. Cook well. Now add chopped curry leaves and 1/2 sliced tomato. Cook covered. Remove from fire when gravy thickens.
