Low fat vanilla cup cakes

Beat 3 eggs and 1 cup icing sugar. Sieve 2 cups flour, 1 pinch salt and add 2 tsp baking powder. Add 1 tsp vanilla essence. Mix well. Add 1/4 stick softened unsalted butter. Mix thoroughly.Add egg mixture and 1/4 cup orange juice. Blend the batter well and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
