Eggless pan cake

Mix 1/2 cup flour with 1.5 tsp baking powder. Add 1 table spoon sugar and 1 pinch salt. Add 1/2 tsp vanilla essence and 1 table spoon fresh cream. Now add 1 cup milk an mix well. Finally dissolve 1 table spoon butter. Mix well. Now the batter is ready. Heat a pan and add 1 tsp butter. When butter is melted, pour the batter and make pan cakes. Serve hot.
