Ingredients: 1/2 pineapple chopped into small pieces, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup jaggery,1/2 cup ghee, 1/2 cup sabudana, 1 tsp cardamom powder, 1/4 cup raisins fried in ghee, 1 tsp dry ginger powder and 1 cup coconut milk.
Heat ghee and sauté pineapple and sugar. Puree it when cold. Pour it back in to the ghee. Saute well. Add jaggery. Cook for ten minutes. Add coconut milk and cardamom powder. Cook until thick. When done, add ginger powder and fried raisins.
