Clean and chop ladies finger into big chunks. Heat 2 tsp oil and add 1 tsp mustard and 1 tsp fenugreek seeds. Add ladies finger and sauté well. Add 1 tsp salt,1 tsp chopped ginger, garlic, curry leaves, turmeric powder and chilli powder. When cooked well, add 1/2 cup tamarind water. Cook until gravy is thick.
