Carrot and potato stir fry

Heat oil and add 1 tsp mustard, 1 table spoon red chilli flakes, 4-5 curry leaves and 1 table spoon chopped garlic. Saute well. Add 1/2 sliced onion. Mix well. Add chopped potato and carrot (one each).Pour salt and 1 tsp turmeric powder. Stir and sauté until cooked.
