Boil broccoli florets and make it into a smooth puree. Heat 1 table spoon butter. To this add chopped garlic,salt,1/2 tsp pepper powder,1/2 onion and sauté well. When onions are cooked, add 1 tsp flour.Stir well. When done, add broccoli puree and 3 cups of stock.Boil well. Simmer for 15 minutes. Now add 1 cup cream and mix well. Serve hot.
