Biscuit chocolate pudding


Dip 1 packet of glucose or marie biscuits in a syrup made with 1/2 cup boiling water and 2 tsp coffee powder.Make a thick paste using enough milk, 3 tbsp cocoa powder and 3 tbsp cornflour.Boil 500 milk along with 5 tbsp sugar (or as per taste), and add this paste. Cook until sauce is boiled and thick.Pour this over the marie or glucose biscuits arranged on a dessert bowl.Sprinkle crushed cashewnuts on top.Serve after refrigerating for 4-5 hours.
