Tomato rice

Heat 3 tbsp ghee and add 1 tsp mustard seeds,3 chopped dried red chillies, few curry leaves and 1 tsp urad dal. Now add 2 cups of washed and soaked (15 minutes) basmati rice,1/2 cup tomato puree, 1 tsp chilli powder and 3 cups water and cook on a low flame. Remove from fire and keep aside till the rice becomes fluffy and soft.
