In a heavy bottomed pan melt 1/4 cup sugar on low heat . When it turns light brown pour into a dish and spread all over quickly.Blend 300 ml condensed milk, 300 ml milk, 3 eggs and 1 tsp vanilla essence. Pour in dish over caramel. Put this dish in another bigger dish with abt 1 inch water. Bake on 375 c for about 40 min . Refrigerate for atleast 5-6 hrs and then loosen edges with knife and invert on plate. Garnish with hardened caramel, berries or whipped cream.
