Boil 1 plantain and chop it into small pieces. Heat 1 table spoon ghee,1 table spoon grated coconut, add some cashew nuts,raisins and 1/2 tsp cardamom powder. Add plantain and mash it. When done and the mixture is cold, make small balls and flatten it into cutlets. Dip in a thick batter made of salt and all purpose flour and fry in oil. Serve hot.
