Pineapple and lemon pudding

Mix 1 table spoon butter with 3 butter biscuits or peanut butter cookies (crushed). Spread this on a glass bowl (medium sized) and microwave for 30 seconds. Whip 1 can nordex cream with 1/3 tin condensed milk.Add 1 tsp vanilla powder or 1 tsp vanilla essence. Boil 1/4 cup water and dissolve 1 packet lemon jello. Stir well and cool it quickly. Add this to the cream mixture and mix well. Now spread it on to the glass bowl over the biscuit or cookie layer. Top with chopped pineapple. Decorate with candied cherries or roasted cashew nuts. Refrigerate for 5 hours. Serve chilled.
