
Make dough using 1 1/2 cups of all purpose flour, salt, oil and enough water. Peel and boil two potatoes. When they are done, cut them into small cubes.Heat oil and add cumin seeds (1tsp). To this, add 1/2 a cup of frozen green peas and 1tsp chopped green chillies. Mix in salt, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp red chili powder,1/2 tsp turmeric powder and 1/2 tsp garam masala. Finally, add potatoes and 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves. Mix well and remove from fire. Roll out the dough into circles and cut each one into semicircular shapes. Paste the edges with water.Make a cone and fill in with the cooked potato-pea mixture. Seal the edges and bake the samosas at 400F for 25 minutes(turn them over half way through).
