Orange cake

Combine ½ cup vegetable oil, 3/4 cup sugar and 2 tablespoons grated orange zest to make a fluffy mixture. Add 2 egg yolks, 1 cup flour, ½ tsp baking powder, a pinch of salt and ½ cup orange juice. Whisk 2 egg whites until stiff and fold into the batter. Bake at 350 degrees F for 35 minutes in an 8 inch dish.
