Peas pulao

Peas pulao: Soak 2 cups of basmati rice for 20 min. Add salt, 1 tablespoon of oil and bring it to boil. When the rice is 85% done drain and keep aside. Heat oil and roast 1 tsp cumin seeds and 2 bay leaves. Then add ¾ cup peas with little salt. Fry for 2 min. Switch off the heat and gently mix the rice to it. Cover the pan and cook the rice for 1o more minutes.
